PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Experienced and timely personnel dictate the custom approach and achievement of each project’s completion. Schedule, quality, cost, and communication are the pillars of the project’s success.

Duprat Construction works directly with the client’s lead project team to refine the schedule and budget into more detail, breaking down all elements to provide efficient and cost-effective input to the design team. Collaborative feedback on phasing, methods, materials procurement, specifications, cost analysis, and subcontractor selection minimizes any negative impacts on construction.

 GENERAL CONTRACTING

Whether the customer prefers a design-build approach or a conventional method, Duprat Construction optimizes results by engaging the entire project team in understanding client needs and working together to deliver.

Subcontractors selected to work on a project are required to participate in Duprat Construction’s quality control and safety management process, where each phase is subjected to ongoing quality validation.
